National Geographic Channel brings The World's Biggest Baby to Hong Kong

Meticulously crafted over six months by a team of experts in Australia, the beautifully rendered nine meter-long sculpture will be at ifc mall in Hong Kong starting 22 May 2009 for 10 days as the highlight of the unique ten-day exhibition. The visual extravaganza is combination of National Geographic’s groundbreaking HD premiere  – Big Blue, a sophisticated baby blue whale sculpture and interactive exhibits to cultivate its global initiative of conservation towards marine lives and ecosystems.

National Geographic Channel has partnered with WWF Hong Kong to stage a private fundraising screening of a special 30-minute cut of Big Blue tonight at PALACE IFC. WWF Hong Kong is the beneficiary of the screening and more than 100 guests from local business and entertainment industries have been invited to show their support to WWF, and all proceeds will go to WWF’s marine conservation programmes to protect marine life in Hong Kong waters.
