HKSAR and Russia sign visa abolition agreement

The Director of Immigration, Mr. Peh Yun-lu, on behalf of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), in Beijing April 23 signed the Agreement on Mutual Exemption of Visa Requirements with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to China, Ambassador Sergey Razov.  The agreement provides visa-free access to HKSAR passport holders visiting Russia for a stay of up to 14 days.  Likewise, Russian nationals will also enjoy 14 days' visa-free access to Hong Kong.

China's Yuanwang-6 space tracking ship to visit Hong Kong

At the invitation of the HKSAR Government, China's Yuanwang-6 space tracking ship will arrive in Hong Kong on April 29 for a six-day visit.

The visit kicks off a host of activities in Hong Kong to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

HKIA Teams With Tung Chung Residents to Beautify Tunnels and Rain Shelters

Exhibition reviews art photography in Hong Kong

An exhibition entitled "The Verve of Light and Shadow: Master Photographers Tchan Fou-li.Kan Hing-fook.Leo KK Wong" will be held from March 29 to October 26 at the Kong Kong Heritage Museum. London ETO promotes Hong Kong musical talent in the UK

The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (ETO), London brought Hong Kong musical talent to the fore as it presented two concerts by Hong Kong musicians in the United Kingdom on March 23-24. Pianist Ms Colleen Lee and cellist Mr Alvin Wong played at the Town Hall, Birmingham yesterday March 23 and again evening March 24 at St George's Hall, Liverpool.
